My pets are part of my family. It's hard enough for me to leave them without having to worry about them as well. When I saw how happy Riley was to see Frank, it was much easier for me to leave him. It's like a vacation for him too. When I picked Riley up, he was just as happy as he was when I dropped him off. I recently adopted another dog. I am confident he will give her the same love and care as he's gives Riley. It's obvious Frank loves his job and the animals that are put into his care.

Six months ago we became owners of our collie pup, named Polo. I had only used a Vet in Mill Valley for overnight stays but my husband and I needed both a Day Care and Overnight facility. Thank you Franck for taking care of Blanca on a weekly basis. I was lucky enough to find Franck (he was recommended to me by a Sausalito day care that required a pre-visit) even though I was traveling all the way from Austin, Texas. My husband and I were going somewhere (in Sausalito) that does not allow pets. Dealing with Franck on the phone was a genuine pleasure, but the rea experience was when we arrived. After flying from Texas, our beloved Dachsund, Pilgrim was very sick from eating chips of a marrow bone (my fault). I was so worried, I spoke with two vets. It was a Saturday. My husband and I went to the area of the Pet Hotel and just hung around trying to decide what we should do. Franck let us wait until the last possible minute on Saturday afternoon. And we bought our dog chicken and steamed rice to eat (Franck fed him this the whole time!). Franck was so gentle and kind, even while I was unreasonably worried. When I finally left Pilgrim, I felt like he was with the only person I could leave him with, considering the situation. The hotel was incredible! It was so comfortable and clean and beautiful! All of the dogs seemed so happy! Franck is one special person. And I mean special. I have never met any one like him. What a perfect job for him! Although I trusted him with my not-s-well dog, and I think I would trust him with my own child, my house, maybe even my finances. When I say special, I mean special. I called and checked on my dog a few times. Franck was always calm and reassuring that he was doing fine. When I picked him up three days later, he had had a lovely spa treatment/bath at the spa. He was so happy, silky and wearing a turquoise bandana. I don't know who had a better vacation, Pilgrim or us!!
